Aspect
is the Association of Professionals in Education and Children's Trusts.
They are a professional association and trade union exclusively
representing the interests of over 4,000 senior professionals, managers
and consultants working in education and children's services. All these
professionals actively provide leadership, advice and support to
organisations responsible for improving the well-being of all children
and young people from 0–19. Typical members are employed by local authorities,
national or voluntary agencies, charities or private sector
organisations, or act as independent educational and children's services
consultants.
Aspect offers
a wide range of services to its members, including day-to-day support
and representation on salaries, contracts, conditions of service,
workloads, pensions and other work-related issues.
